The article is also counting a video done for the theme park as a movie, so really, it's 8 HP movies, an HP video, and Tale of Despereaux. I didn't know, or didn't recall at least, that Coltrane was in Despereaux.

Perhaps not "super well", but her People Tree lines sold well. What Emma was trying to accomplish was raise awareness of Fair Trade fashions. Yes, they are more expensive, but if more people buy Fair Trade items, the price will decrease, though it'll never match walmart prices.

I like the second one better. A good match between the lyrics and the clips. If you just type the links in your post the videos will automatically embed instead of displaying the code.

From the little I've read about it, it seems like it is just a bittorrent client that allows you to stream movies from torrents. I think it's a safe bet to say that most movie torrents are pirated so I think that would be my concern about using it. Since it streams and plays movies directly it sounds like it would be pretty safe with respect to viruses.

No, she would not hold the copyrights for the photos. "Right of own picture" or rights of publicity/privacy would apply if posting the pictures was for commercial use or she could prove they were damaging to her in some way, not just posting them on tumblr. And no, she did not sell the rights. They weren't hers to begin with. She would likely have signed a model release, that's all. And you continue to ignore that the photos were not "released". Likely someone hacked an online account of the photographer or agency and found the photos.

What would you suggest they do? The photos don't belong to Emma, and in the case of someone just posting them on tumblr, there's really nothing they (Emma and her people) can do.

What he ^ said. And Emma may not be happy when some photos from a shoot that are less than flattering are used or posted, but there is not much she can do about it. They aren't her photos, they belong to the copyright holder. And again, it's not like the photos were posted with permission. So, no matter how you try and twist things, it's not the fault of Emma or her management.

I think many people here would like to speak with Emma. But Emma isn't here.

Hi Babak, Welcome to the forum. Emma won't read your message here. This is a fan forum and Emma doesn't visit.

It's looking more and more like the website has been discontinued. For a while the login screen went away and the site was just giving an error. Now for a couple weeks there is no server response at all. And there is no longer a link to the site from her facebook page.

Maybe. There was a webcast of the procession and ceremonies and I did not see Emma or escort, but it's possible I missed it. (I've seen the video of the diploma ceremony, but that's not the procession.)

Yeah. It is sad to see all the security that was surrounding her. Sad in the sense that she had to do that. I guess she didn't walk the procession... ... but at least she does look happy.

Jonny is just pouting because Emma has shown how wrong he was about never finishing (and about everything else he says about her). Now to save face he wants to say that Emma just bought her degree.
