Once upon a time on the old forums I was a Super Mod, and I used to be here every stinkin' day. And now I've lost touch.
Just wanted to say sorry and that a part of me does miss you all. And I wonder if any of you even remember me.
I know Erik still keeps up with my YouTube (Thanks, dear!).I'm in my second year of college at NYU right now, studying theatre, and am the secretary of our Quidditch team, which has come to mean a lot to me. I've been loving life and I hope you all are doing just as well these days!!

The other day I visited the site of the 2011 Quidditch World Cup! Randall Island in New York City. Last year there were 4 fields, this year there will by 9. Last year there were 46 teams, this year there will be 80.
IT'S GONNA BE SO SICK!
I'm pretty sure it's November 12-13. Anyone who can be in the NYC area around then SHOULD COMMME! it's gonna be so tight.

It's an Internet joke that started in 2009 when Emma first went to Brown. But of course some people who stumbled upon it thought it was real, hence why Emma was asked about it last year, which she of course confirmed it false.
Funny thing is the tabloids claim the joke was "3 points" rather than the ten. If they can't even get a damn joke right, how can anyone take their "rumors" seriously?
hahahaha I knooow that's what I was thinking too. That's semi-ridiculous. 3 points? bahaha what teacher would do that? XD

I don't know how many times I've heard people say that "Ten points to Gryffindor!" story. Truly, it's probably not true. That'd be pretty tactless of a professor unless it was an intimate and casual class.

Does anyone know what majors are not offered at Brown? I can find lists of their majors, but not of their not-majors. Bwahaha. I know Emma was interested in English, History, and Environmental Sciences, but Brown has all of those. Do you suppose she's considering film? Maybe even fashion or fashion journalism?

Emma has said in an interview that she will be returning to Brown in September. She wants to enjoy her experience at Brown and give it 100% but her schedule didn't allow her to do so, hence why she took a break.
I just heard the hearts of dozens of my classmates break, including my own. XD Glad she's found that she can return to her studies though. :]

At 0:22 when she says "together" her accent has definitely been hybridized with American! Yeah, she's probably losing it a little bit, but I'm sure it'll never be gone. It's a bit good that her voice is becoming accustomed to an American accent since she'll be in Perks. XP

Seeker since the snitch is worth the most points and the seeker ends the game. It makes all the other positions seem kinda useless. You could get rid of all the other positions and just have two seekers and the result would be pretty much the same.
Not true in land quidditch, haha, snitch is only worth 30 points in that case.
I voted beater, because I play beater. I always thought I'd want to be a keeper, but I just suck at it ahahaha.

Also, can i just say that I was the first audience member to ask a question? Ahaha. I [basically] asked them if they'd heard of Muggle Quidditch and which position they would play. They forgot to answer the which position part, but Nat Tena and Ginny were so baffled at how it is possible to actually play quidditch ahahaha. And then Bonnie mentioned us (the NYU quidditch team haha) in this article.

Aahhh! I was there! I was using an absolutely horrid camera though, so i won't bother posting pictures. But I had a really good spot (considering I got there only an hour and a half before it started, and none of the stars really signed many autographs, if any). Talked to Helen McCrory (Narcissa) briefly afterwards though, she said the Exhibition is AMAZING! I'm going tomorrow morning, I'm so stoked!

So, um, I just realized, if Emma takes the 2011-2012 schoolyear off and transfers to NYU starting Fall 2012 I might just die-- she'd be in my graduating class. Aaaaaaaaahhhhhh!

She never confirmed any rumor about Lancome. Only Daily Mail has said this.
It may be Lancome. The clues so far do seem to fit. But wouldn't it be great if she is making the clues to fit the Lancome rumour, but they are really leading to something else.
Ahahaha do you know how difficult that would be? Make a riddle that subtly points in one perfectly viable direction when really it means something else? It'd be really difficult for me to make up one riddle, let alone a double tricksy riddle. xD But that would be funny. My bet also goes to Lancome. Ohhh this is so much fun! it's like Emma's version of Jo Rowling's Do Not Disturb door! XD

She may or may not change schools. But I wouldn't base any of it on what Perez says. It's just a fat guy with a blog. Anyone with a computer can write a blog. And just because he's one of the better known bloggers doesn't mean that most of his blog facts aren't suspect at best.

As for Hermoine Emma, Brown hasn't been living up to her expectations and because of her work schedule, Providence hasn't seen much of her in the last few weeks. NYU has though, as she reportedly took two tours this past week and seemed to really like the school. We imagine that settling in New York would be a good fit for her. She could keep modeling and acting in projects and since this particular program lets her design her own curriculum, she'll have a much easier time at juggling a career and her studies. -
Unless there are wizard films I could act in, I'd say a magizoologist ahaha. XD

I believe that would be USC. But maybe she doesn't wanna be an SC Trojan. Perhaps she's not a Lane Kiffin fan.
I think it really depends on what you're looking for-- and if you're looking to network with future filmmakers, NYU is the way to go sheerly based on numbers I'd say.

NYU has the best film related program among US unis as I know so it's possible that Emma is thinking transfering there since it will be beneficial for her movie career.

IF she'd transfer it has nothing to do with Brown, I'm sure. I understand if she wants to transfer to NYU. It'd make it easier to mix studies with an acting career. But I just hope she stays in school!
