  1. If she did do the movie, I wouldn't hate her for it. Like I said, that's the only way I would go see it. But with a former child actress, who has a massive young adult following, I don't see Emma doing this. She even looked uncomfortable in the underwear scene in perks!
  2. I think she looks better with black hair than with blond. She is so gorgeous!
  3. Err, this is a family oriented forum, but there are certain scenes from the book that are pulled straight out of a porn movie. It's not just nudity. I frankly, first off, don't see the need to make this into a movie in the first place...it's smut...and second of all, Emma is so vanilla that I don't see her doing something like this. But she might surprise me. Who knows? Guess just wait and see...
  4. The only way I would ever go see a movie like this, is if Emma Watson was in it.... Granted, I don't see how they could make a movie out of a porn novel. And I don't see Emma Watson doing porn.
  5. I'm a bit frustrated at my friend, who won't let me know if we're getting together today or not? I'm also concerned, because it seems his phone was off.
  6. Wow, I just saw the trailer, and that looks like a good movie. I hope it is. It's good that she's breaking out of the children's movies, and into more adult roles. I'd hate for her to be portrayed as Hermoine forever. I think it was after seeing Perks, that I realized there was hope for Emma after Harry Potter.
  7. Why would anyone, of any age, be obsessed with Emma's location at all times? That's borderline stalking. I watch her interviews, see her movies, and read interviews that she does. I also consider myself a fan, but NO celebrity that I follow, do I care where they're at 24/7 or what they're doing at all times. I know a few local celebrities personally (not going to mention names), and...they're just people. Emma is just a person. She acts in a few movies, but other than that, she's just like everyone else...and she should be treated like a human being. /off my soapbox
  8. Thank you, TheDude. You put into words what I was trying to say, but probably would not have said as well. And I agree...it's a good movie, but I wouldn't let anybody under the age of, say, 15 or 16 see it, if it were my kid. I have no children, so it's moot, but it's just my opinion. Anything past that age, it's most definitely appropriate.
  9. I saw her live, and actually taped the whole concert (audio), so I have a live recording of the show. I'm a bad boy! She was amazing live, and definitely blew me away! Everyone was waiting to talk to her after the show, but since A.) I'm very shy, especially around celebrities, and B.) I had absolutely nothing I could have said to her, I just left and went on home. I have a hard time picking between her two studio albums. Some days, I like The Listening better, and some days, it's Siberia.
  10. Listen, there is nothing wrong with liking an actress who is younger than you. But the whole "finding her attractive" thing...like I said, she could potentially be your daughter. How is that not weird? I am 30, and I like some of the things that my nieces and nephew are into. I think some of what Justin Bieber does is good, and I absolutely love Taylor Swift's music. But, then again, Taylor Swift is only 6 years younger than me...and I'm a young 30. Emma Watson is only 7 years younger than me. I don't know, maybe dodgy isn't the word, but why would you spend your time on a forum dedicate
  11. I'm not sure, I'll have to think about it. I'd love to let her see it, but there's a lot of sex talk, plus the scenes where many of the characters are in their underwear. If I was her parent, I'd be skeptical. I know my sister would probably let her see it, judging by some of the other movies she's let her see, but I don't want my niece to grow up too quickly. Irregardless, it's a wonderful movie, and I'll be watching it again. The best part was that it came with an UV/iTunes code, so now I have two digital copies plus the DVD.
  12. Obviously, Twitter was too advanced for the Pope.
  13. Is there seriously a 50 year old member here? I felt strange here, being just turned 30 and a college student. Someone who's middle aged and posting on a forum for someone who could potentially be his daughter is definitely kind of dodgy.
  14. I watched it, and loved it. I may not be the target audience, but I do remember what it was like to be a teenager, and it definitely echoed a lot of what I went through. It was also very touching and moving; I can see a lot of adults being able to relate to it, as well as kids. My 13 year old niece saw it come in the mail, and she's begging me to let her see it now. Apparently her class has been talking about the book. It's a nice movie to see Emma in, after HP. I can't wait until The Bling Ring and Noah come out, though, and I can see her in more adult roles.
  15. And...it came today! Going to settle down with a movie tonight.
  16. Well, she looks good in that pic. Not really thrilled that fans are stalking her, though.
  17. I'm still waiting for my copy to come in the mail. I've held off on seeing this movie. I wanted to see it in the theaters, but didn't want to illegally download it. Things have been so crazy with college that I just never did. I'll have a copy in my hands either today, or Tuesday at the latest.
  18. I'm glad she's going back to college. I was kind of disappointed in her for dropping out.
  19. As a huge Sci-Fi fan, I would love to see her in a Star Wars movie.
  20. There are just so many questions. I have nieces and nephews around that age, and it definitely made me hug them a little tighter. I simply can't understand how a monster like this can be created, but I'm sure he wasn't a monster, always. And that's what's scary, because this could have been prevented. How, I don't really know. But someone had to have seen his downward spiral, and if they had, 20 children and 6 adults would be alive today.
  21. Hermoine, Dumbledore, or Snape. I can't choose between them.
  22. I still haven't seen it. I think I'm going to wait for the DVD/Blu Ray.
  23. It is pointless. Must everyone have a twitter?
