  1. Fixed that for you. I would, but only if it was haunted. Would you awaken Cthulhu from is slumber in sunken R'lyeh to meet Miss Watson?
  2. Sure, if I knew what it was. Would you punch a nun to meet Emma?
  3. There are. They drive windowless vans. As a Gnostic, I don't have that hard of a time accepting the existence of the supernatural. That being said, I also tend to view all folklore, mythology and sacred texts as allegories. So.... a little from column A, a little from column B.
  4. Toss him onto holy ground and see if he bursts into flames. On second thought, he might cause the holy ground to burst into flames.
  5. That's what really hacks me off about the whole thing. Anyone can claim to know what God's will is but when they start contradicting one another, you really start to wonder if any of them are right? If Jesus had possessed the good sense to stay in his grave he'd likely be spinning in it.
  6. Wait, what? A bit of fun?? Putting aside the fact that you appear to have chosen the worst possible way to phrase your question, racism is a now useless vestigial trait of our ancient ancestors. Back in the days when most humans were just small nomadic tribes whose diet consisted of raw meat and the parasites they pulled out of each others' hair, competition for resources was fierce and people learned to dislike and distrust those who were not of their social group. In this day and age the world is poised at the moment where the fecal matter is about to hit the rotary air conditioning blade
  7. Great. I just got here and already I'm double posting, but this got my attention: Weed is a tricky one. I actually know people who have been addicted to it but that's beside the point. Medicinal marijuana in capsule form is hunky dory but smoking it is right out. Namely because you never know what the dealer put in that crap and inhaling any kind of smoke is bad for your lungs. Pretty much all illicit drugs are harmful to the user and possess little to no beneficial qualities that can't be gained with legal, non-toxic substances. Also, addiction (to anything) is completely life destroyi
  8. I was a Born Again Christian for almost three months before certain... discrepancies between scriptural text and the things I was hearing in church caused me to do a little digging of my own into the history and mythology of the Ibrahamic faiths. Now I'm more or less in the Gnostic camp, since it's the only way I can reconcile any kind of western faith with my own upbringing, experiences, values and knowledge.
