Why yes I am Filipino. (Y'know you're the only person I noticed here that's actually gotten that spelling right hi5) And yes it was... I had like 6 of those crabs and who knows how many shrimp.
That automatically makes you awesome!
My best friend is filipino (she's from Cagayan de Oro).
The only thing you need to know about crustaceans and cephalopods is that they are delicious.
This.

I loved school. It was pretty much a second home for me (I know how cheesy that sounds, but it's true! xD).
The fact that my school was so tiny made it feel like I was with my family for most of the day. The teachers weren't just my teachers; I was friends with them as well.

Thanks love
Wow, really hot! I especially like the uniform. :]
Last night, decided to hit the bar with some good old friends.
Thank you very much! You are absolutely stunning by the way. The haircut looks so good. I'm jealous.
Pigtails automatically make you look
A) Twelve
Annoying
C) All of the above
Don't worry, I would never go out like this xD

That's unfortunate. You have no idea what you're missing lol shellfish are to die for. Unless you're allergic to them... then they're literally to die for

So here's me eating almost bottomless crabs and shrimp at my grandma's.
Hey, are you Filipino?
And what you're eating right there looks soooo good

I wish I could say I like nail polish, but whenever I do it, I look at my hands and think "this doesn't look so great.." and end up taking it off. I don't even use clear polish. I pretty much leave my nails short and naked xD

This is actually really cool. I reflect the sentiment of others that the pain of it is not good (rather bad, actually), but the condition itself is really interesting. Kind of neat how both you and Arie have it, at least to some degree.
I have a few questions, however:
1. When you type, do the tips of your fingers get severely irritated / swelled?
2. Can you handle every day objects without it affecting you?
3. Does showering / taking a bath have this effect?f
4. Is there any part of your body that is NOT affected by it?
~Revan
1. Typing doesn't do anything. I play the guitar, so my left hand is already calloused.
2. It depends on the way I use it. If I'm using it so it irritates my skin, I'll swell up.
3. I take really hot showers, which makes my skin very dry and itchy, so I do get this affect after showering sometimes. I hate using cold water though.
4. As far as I know, the JUST bottom of my feet and my fingertips. The skin is so much tougher and less sensitive. Everywhere else I've swollen up..even on my scalp and lips.

:] I've encountered some "rabid" Johnny Depp fans who think you have to be insane to not find him attractive. Oh well.
You're right about Emma, though. Not so much about her clothes, but every time she wears that bright red lipstick it just makes her look like she's aged many years--and not in a good way. She's naturally beautiful.
I didn't like the way she looked at the Tokyo GOB premiere.
But she was very lovely at The Tale of Despereaux premiere. Both in the dress and makeup.

0. Just had dinner.

Just saw the pictures on the picture thread and it looks like you had a blast! So happy for you. Doesn't it feel great?
Like to be helping other people and doing God's work at the same time...I was very moved the first time I went on a mission trip.

Does anyone here like seafood?
I love seaweed, shrimp, crab, lobster, tuna, salmon and tilapia
However, I will only eat tilapia from Uganda. I've found the stuff from anywhere else has a muddy taste, which spoils such a great fish.

I absolutely hate it when people critize other people for shopping at thrift stores. The very funny thing about that situation is that the people who critize these stores are not the ones who come from wealthy families. They're either the middle class or below (sorry to put it that way, but it's the truth.) Some of my uni classmates (who come from filthy rich folks) shop at thrifts stores. It's all about knowing how to use and save money.
Anyway, shopping at a thrift store can be an adventure! I have bought authentic Coach, Juicy Couture and Dooney and Bourke handbags, all kinds of mall store (Gap, Aero, Wilson leather, A&F, etc) clothes and shoes, some stuff brand new. I also bought a London Fog jacket with the tags still on it for 15.00 (price from retail store was $200!)
You're lucky you found good stuff at Goodwill!
Unfortunately, the ones here in Philly are not that great. Last time I shopped there I bought the first Nintendo with a couple of games, but that was it.
I actually got those AE jeans in a Canadian Goodwill
I found some stuff by Gap and DKNY as well (didn't buy those though).
When I'm in Pennsylvania I go to two Goodwill stores. I'm not sure about their exact location but they're both somewhere near Allentown. I got two AE shirts from one of the stores. My friend goes to Penn State and he said he bought a lot of Hollister and Aeropostale clothes from thrift stores
I managed to do a lot of dorm room shopping done in Goodwill too.
-
Some people think they're "gross" but I actually love them (Goodwill FTW). I got a pair of American Eagle jeans today for $6.00, whereas the price in the real AE store would have been somewhere between $29.00-$45.00
And because I'll be a broke college student this fall, I'm most likely going to be shopping at places like that for a while.
What do you guys think of them?

^ No need to hide! I completely agree with your point.
But to answer this topic, yes, I think Emma is very beautiful. But sometimes she wears clothes/makeup that don't highlight her best features
-
I want a llama and Joe wants a goat. Come on, people!
-
Well that's the best looking brain freeze ever.

^ You must disagree with him (for once, because he usually says agreeable stuff haha).
I'm spamming my own thread...
