My friend is teaching middle school reading and high school English. According to her, the 7th graders are the ones that are the most fun. If you were going into older kids, what subject do you think you'd be good at teaching?

I can see you doing counseling. Don't ask me why, it just seems like a great fit. Especially if you are working with children. You have a big heart and an open mind. It's a good mix for that sort of work.

I ended up changing to Biology last minute for my degree which was stupid. I wanted to do medicine to make my dad happy. Anyway, I can't do any of that lol. I have a hard time with it mostly cause I have Aspergers. /shrug Being good at Psychology though is good for education.

This is true. I love what I do so it's all good. It helps since I'm disabled that it's not a lot of hours. I majored in Psychology with a minor in English and Music.

I'm a co-owner to a pet sitting business. I'm also a writer. Doing a novel now and I write for blogs. It all has nothing to do with what I majored in. XD

haha! Thank you for that! We need refreshers. I took Advanced Spanish in college just to freshen up. I wanted to take it in High School too but I couldn't cause I was in the magnet art program. Oh well.. It's not like I remember college very well anymore.. LOL

Yeah, my dad was upset by those terms. He teaches high school biology and chemistry. The reason they told him that he was "marketable" was because of his duel specialization. My friend teaches English to high schoolers and she has a double in Reading and literature so yeah.. It's tough but doable. I wish I had more convo practice myself. It was my first language and I suck at it...

How is teaching up in Boston? My dad is a teacher here in Miami and it's not so good. They don't get paid nearly enough. Also, Espanol eh? I'm part Cuban so I think that is pretty awesome. You might know better Spanish than me!

I'm good. I've been busy with work. Some day I will finish the story in my head and it'll get published. lol What are you studying?

Sorry I haven't been on. I've been playing WoW and working non-stop. haha I gotta admit I like watching American Football just to see the Dolphins fail at life.

I have to be honest.. I don't know a whole lot about that.. I mean, I know a bit about Rugby. I know it's more robust than American Football. haha!

Gah, you are so lucky to be close to Fenway! I'm jealous. I'm also mad that after playing so well, they mess up the last game before the play offs. ; Oh Boston. Why?!

Oh I just noticed you are from Boston. XD I would like to visit Boston and actually be seen as something "exotic". Where here in Miami.. I'm just another Cuban. lol If I were in a group of Italians I would just pretend to be Italian because that is truly the one culture I love the most. Well, I think it is for their food the most.

I never thought I would meet someone else who was into Hispanic culture. I'm only half Cuban. I'm slightly into my culture but when you live in a place where everyone (for the most part) is Cuban (or some kind of Hispanic) it gets hard to feel unique! I guess that is how people feel.. but isn't it odd how certain people settled in certain places? We need more culture shock!

I heard the same. Well, at least that Florida has a better park than California. I still wanna go though. I wouldn't mind going to the one in Paris either. See, I thought that one was called Euro Disney.. or is that something else I'm thinking of?

I want to go to England! I can't believe it's 8 hours though. Oh you went to the one in Paris? Is it called Disney Land there too?
