  1. She does look absolutely fantastic. I wonder if that's her car, I assume these photos were taken while filming Perks so maybe she has a car for the US as well as one for the UK.

Can't wait to see what she looks like at the Deathly Hallows premiere.

  2. It really is, wish it was possible to do more often... You did it in England?

Nope, I did it in Cairns Australia. An absolutely amazing place! I think you can do it in England but there's not a lot of places that do it. I hope to do it again soon.

  3. Yup!!! I am using mine right now! Lol I love it!

I just got one! This thing is bloody brilliant. It's so good for browsing the forums on. Just seems far nicer than a laptop. Now it's just a case of finding that app where Emma was the on the cover of that moving magazine...

  4. I quite enjoy shorter flights, but I don't like long haul. It's ridiculously hard to sleep as you don't have enough room, and I always feel rude when I put my seat early on in the flight so I usually wait until those around me have done it. If I can get to sleep it's alright, but more often than not my attempts are futile and I have to resort to watching films, although they seem to be really poor quality when you watch them on planes. I have been on some horrible flights before where everyone seemed to have a hacking cough, and constantly snorting etc. It doesn't matter though as when I'm older I'll be a millionaire and be able to afford first class/have my own private jet so it'll all be ok.*

    *I hope

  5. I've just been away for 2 months, and have past through a few airports.

Manchester is fairly bad. It could be cleaner.

Bangkok is just massive, and the distance between gates seems to be huge.

    Sydney is quite good.

    LAX is also quite good.

Singapore is a bit lacking, it seems a bit out of date but they are refurbishing it at the moment.

Heathrow, contrary to what most people say, was actually good. It was easy to navigate.

The other airports I went to were Saigon, Hanoi, Cairns and Nadi (Fiji). I loved Nadi, as when you land there are a load of Fijians playing ukeleles to welcome you to their country. Where else do you get that?

  6. The rice method is the way to go, but you're supposed to switch the iPod off as soon as it comes into contact with water, and not even attempt to turn it on for 2 or 3 days. I fear that by using it you will have shorted the electronics out, and that means the it's done for. The best thing to do is wait it out for a few more days and try to get it dry, and if it still doesn't work then you should just try selling it on ebay, listing it as a water damaged iPod. You'll still get a reasonable amount of money for it, enough to slightly offset the cost of a new iPod.

  7. The latest protests are in Bahrain and Libya, with Libya being particularly shocking. The ruler, Muammar Gadaffi, has ordered the army to turn on the people, shooting dead an estimated 200 people on the streets. What's more, when the protesters are having funerals for the dead, the army is targeting the funerals themselves which is just horrific. I don't know how a leader can be such a disgraceful person, and I hope he is dislodged soon enough.

  8. The Sun and Daily Mail are just like The Daily Prophet, yes? Utter crap? :

Yes, that's the gist, but the twist is that the Daily Mail tries to disguise itself as a reputable broadsheet, whereas The Sun is just openly regarded as rubbish.

It is true that the DM will find anything to create an article for Emma. Not sure why, it probably gets more page views or something.
