I can't believe I've forgotten to mention one of my favourites couples ever: Anne Shirley and Gilbert Blythe (Anne of Green Gables). In many many ways, they remind me of R/Hr. They have the same physical attributes (Anne and Ron with the red hair and Gilbert and Hermione with the dark, frizzy one for example), personality (Gilbert was always smitten with Anne, same as Ron with Hermione), and both couples shared a really nice, teasing banter that made them fall in love with the other.

Lino, I'd like to say a big I AGREE to everything you have just said. And welcome to the world of shipping R/E. You sometimes wonder if you are a bit loony when rooting for these two, and then you watch interviews or vids of them together and go "Nah, I'm sane. These two are clearly attracted to each other, not matter what comes out of their mouths". Their body language and stares will always give them away. And that's why we shippers love them so much. They are in love, and can't hide it.

Yes Hermione, just a blur... and hopefully we don't get to see a close-up anytime soon! LOL OK, off topic, just wanted to LOL at Heyman's hand gesture there!

OK guys, I almost had a heart attack when I saw all these last posts... I just thought for a sec that we've had the wonderful news we've been waiting for so long! So, a bit disappointed that we're still speculating. But my gut feeling is just so strong atm, anyway! rupert&emmagrint, AWESOME detectivesque job! That makes those tweets more believable, especially because the last one from Jan 15th was followed by her conversation with this girl, Abby Prickles. Luciana, I'm glad Sophie Alexander and Sophia Zand turned out to be the same person in the end!!! I can't see the vid either,

I looked it up and the one who tweeted last year was 'Sophie Alexander'. So we have two Sophies and one Sophia. Way to mess with our heads, hey? Could be that she's there for fashion week, yes... But now the fact that the same location has been mentioned makes me think the tweet was not fake after all.

Luciana, isn't Emma's friend 'Sophie' instead, the one who tweeted last year about meeting with R/E? I know that 'Sophie' and 'Sophia' are practically the same name, but Sophie actually has a different last name than 'Zand'. So maybe it's not the same person... I remember hearing 'Abby' somewhere as a friend of Emma's, though. I like the way you think! The R/Hr vid is awesome. I'm a huge Coldplay fan. Have a look at the vid Luciana posted above, and the pic of the kiss is framed at the beginning of it. It's on Heyman's right (left of screen). I'd appreciate if anyone wants to post a larger size of it, to do it under spoiler tags. I'm glad that I couldn't see much from that little image and I'm not really sure I want to be spoilt of that scene. Thanks! I don't think it's odd at all! H/R have fun together, and both are miserable when apart from the other (without getting on each other nerves like H/Hr did). In an alternative universe, I also think H/R would make much more sense than H/Hr would ever have. I don't read much FF -although I'm hooked with yours as I already said! And I'd rather stay with R/Hr because I love them too much! But R/H would make sense too, so I understand why people ship them romantically.

Before that, I think Emma was attracted to both Dan and Tom. She would also reply that she would pick Harry over Ron as a romantic interest. But then something MAJOR happened and she switched gear. And never looked back. First she mentioned that she would pick Ron as Hermione. EXCELLENT movie (with capital letters). Fantastic script, superb acting. Lasted two hours and I wish it'd had been longer... Even if I don't approve monarchy at all nowadays, really felt sorry for George VI as he was pretty much as neglected as many (commoner) children out there. I enjoyed it from beginning to end and would definitely like to see it again.

I thought so too at first, Jon. But I think it's safe to say that, judging by Emma's distance to the reporter and Rupert, both of them were in her peripheral vision. What about this one? Rupert enjoying the view... or maybe he was just looking at the non-present Chris Columbus. Who knows...

I've heard that some FF ship them romantically. I just would have liked for the movies to capture their friendship a bit more accurately. They've always come so short compared to the books! A good example is 'The Silver Doe'. The most profound conversation that book!H/R have ever had and what do the moviemakers do? Slash it. WHYYYY???

Agreed. I also think Rupert usually can spot when Emma stares at him. That's why they would always miss each other. Once she stopped looking, he would look back at her! But, this time around during the BAFTAs, they both stared AT THE SAME TIME. Not only that, but Rupert smiled cheekily at her when they stood up to go to the stage. Lino, Glad to know that I'm not the only mum in this thread anymore! Thanks for sharing your insight about R/E. It's always so good to see new shippers who are also fascinated by their relationship. As Luciana said, they are indeed UNIQUE. In the old forum (we switched to this new one at the end of last year) we were discussing that R/E's relationship was going to change after they were finished filming. I think that the fact that they were seeing each other every day played a big part in them not taking their relationship any further. I'm under the impression that they started developing
