  1. It's finally out. Watched it, it's a nice movie for one time watch. lol "Hermione stole all our food" best line. And their talking about raping Emma is offensive. Oh c'mon Emma is a big girl. And the movie was 18+ so you know what you're watching.

I liked how they played themselves.

  2. Same in Russian. But in our books they call Hagrid and Sirius your "tu" in russian: ti but Lupin "vois" or 'vy' in russian as a polite form. Its just how the translators translated it, maybe they didnt read the books. And in English its only "you".

  3. OMG EZRA WHAT. WHERE ARE YOU GUYS WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT THIS!

Too bad that 'we' can't talk about it.

Omg I cried. I love Ezra he is the one person I never concidered. I can't wait to find out that story. Especially since he knew from the second he and aria hooked up in the first episode. I want to know his story! One of the writers or producers. Someone released a statement that this is not going to be like Toby. That Ezra is the real deal. They aren't saying for yet weather he is real A or not but that he is extremely close.

Oh man that was an amazing episode!!!

Also it comes back for Halloween but we don't find out me in that episode then I think 4B starts in January wich blows!

That was an amazing episode b/c we finally found out whose hand was that. I rly wasn't surprised about Ezra. Not at all, like c'mon A? it just looks untrue. It looks like writers didn't find anyone less obvious and Ezra is like perfect for this role. I think they just wanna shock us at the end again. Although Marlene said it's not a trick this time and Alison DID have sth with him. I've read on wikia that she thought she was pregnant from him and he is the 'Beach Hot' I was like "...what?" How come? Ali loved bad boys but Ezra is such a sweetie. Sth doesn't fit there.

Why would we think he's A? maybe he was just tired that the girls are constantly in danger and he wanted to deal with it himself. He still loves Aria and he wants to protect her. And maybe he was mad at the ending b/c he was angry that the girls get into it again? And he was wearing a hat, not a hoodie. o.o

Another question that rly bothes me, they said there will be no twin story connected with it but then who did they bury? and how come we've never seen the body. And how come they said that dirt was found in her lungs. Sounds like a twin. Confused.

  4. The most intriguing TV show I've watched since Flash Forward. It rly gets you in. It's not just drama as I thought but also a thriller based on logic and details.

If you think it will be like in the books, I don't think the makers would be so stupid and the secrets would be revealed complitely different. Otherwise everyone would already read the books and there would be no interest to watch. So I expect a completely different and an exciting end! Maybe Alison appears!

I started watching it not so long ago because of Holly Mary Combs. And now I'm at the 3-d season. I think the entire acting is good and it's a pleasure to watch all these creepy exciting scenes.

As for the girls I like Hannah for her awesome outfits and make up, same for Alison and Mona for their style and Emily, b/c.. idk she's lovely, I just like her character.

For the guys Ezra and Toby.

  5. Some time ago I cancelled exercises out of my plan like abs and stuff, cause I thought that I don't need them. I left the glute, legs, thighs, then added chest and arm exercises (well not rly added, I just skipped them, cause I never feel sure how can push ups or wall press do anything for a girl, mostly when I see those fitness girls, they always have fake breast) If you look at my work out plan, you'll see that it's only focused on these muscles.

Well it's not like I lift heavy weights tho, I just work with 2-3kg and I don't want more. Idk, I simply feel unconfident about cardio.  But I like those moving exercises. I don't know if I should add them back.

Now it's time for a milkshake which consists of milk, cottage cheese and oats. Doesn't sound yummy but it's healthy!

  6. Let me start off by saying I'm not a trained professional. The best thing you can do is to consult with a trained professional, or medical professional, and not an online forum. There's nothing more precious than your body, and it's good to have information from a variety of sources.

It really depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Protein helps repair and build muscles. If you want to get really ripped, and I mean the type of ripped that body builders have, then the protein at sport shops is the way to go. I've got a feeling that's not the route you want to go so I'd stay with the ordinary routes of protein (eggs, meat, and almonds are good sources).

I'd strongly suggest adding cardio. A lot of working out is dependent on the person, and by that I mean each person really has their own routine. Cardio has a lot of benefits, particularly in burning fat. You can have super toned muscles, but fat can also cover them up (think abs). As for the reps that's up to you too. I'd strongly suggest keeping the 3 min break because it gives your muscles a chance to rest, but if you feel comfortable going into another rep sooner go for it. I'd suggest gradually chiseling off 10 seconds so your body can naturally accumulate over time. Definitely give your body a chance to rest though (at least a minute, maybe a minute thirty seconds.) If you don't give your muscles a chance to rest there's a greater chance you'll tear one. I generally do 3 minutes in between reps myself.

All in all I'd say it depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Do you want to lose weight, become ripped, just get back in shape? Protein products definitely have their benefits depending on what you want.

As I've said I've consulted a few and I know a few and can't come to one opinion, you know I end up always cutting things out of my work out plan, adding new or figuring out they suck or I don't wanna do them and re-do sth or I get lazy or w.e.

Well. Def. not getting ripped lol, that's sth I strongly avoid. (altho proferssionals say that female body can't get ripped, for that you need certain hormones and rly heavy work out) So what I'm focusing on is staying in shape, being healthy and active and doing exercises for a curvy body. Yes. what girl doesn't want an hour-glass. And didn't want to say that but focusing on the shape and volume of my um behind :P   So hitting glutes, doing lots of squats, lunges, pull ups, w.e. you call them. And working out on the upper body, altho I think it's stupid, you can't change the size of your breasts. But all trainers I've talked to say in one voice that working out the chest muscles lifts the breast, so it's um good. Idk. So I do upper work out 3 times in 2 weeks.

Well cardio is not for me. Altho I like doing that. But it burns calories. No, I'm noway trying to lose weight. I never gain any.

Also I can't get so much protein in food, can't eat so much of the same products eh. So I make milkshakes with them.

  7. A question for those who work out and are into it or any professional trainers, if there are any. (I've consulted a few and can't come to one opinion) So I have this work out routine, which requires a lot of protein in a meal. So I wondered are these protein shakes are actually that good or do they even work? I take a protein milkshake (like milk + banana + ice-cream/cottage cheese + oats as my plan says) right after the work out. It's very nutritious, can repleace a meal, filling and yummy. Just what I need. Cause with my fast metabolism, I need 2500-3000 calories a day :P My friend says that it's stupid and doesn't rly work. Another says that it's a great idea, will keep me healthy, fit, cause oats are very good for skin and stomach functioning. Others say I should try this protein you buy in the sports shops. But I'm not gonna try that. It contains clear chemicals. So I prefer to take protein from natural products. Such as meat, eggs, milk, porridge. Also wondering. Is it that necessary to take 3 minute break between reps? cause it takes reaaallyyyy lots of time. I've heard if you do cardio, you should take 1 min breaks, I'm NOT doing cardio, focused on exercises with weights like squats, chest pressing, lunges etc.

So, if you take additional protein, what kind do you take?

  8. You are super talented! I absolutely love painting my nails and have lots and lots of nail polishes but zero talent ):

And I have some friends that charge for nail art and from what I see you can totally do it too!

Thx! :) I have a lot of nail polishes and I adore looking through them. And sometimes can't wait to make sth new. But nails need rest. So I'm gonna do sth next friday. :)

I was charged once. I was asked to make brown gradient with flowers. She was glad.

  9. I'm srsly confused about it. Looks like "forgot to clean the edges" at the same time looks kinda interesting. Emma wore them for Elle UK but the original picture doesn't show much. So here's this design. What do you think?

  10. The movie Step Up encourages me to dance every time I watch it,

    oh yes!

I've did so much different like: latina, ballroom dancing, modern, go-go and even strip-plastic :P

I've always loved dancing but I was always shy to dance on public but I danced, danced, danced all the time when I was home alone, learning random choreography and felt the music. As far as I rememberI did folklore singing but had to dance there as well. I quit it b/c I couldn't stand wearing those stupid dresses and singing stupid songs. I've heard there was a hot guy giving dance lessons in our neighborhood so I went there with the girls, lasted there for a few years. Things were amazing but tough, oh so tough! Even tho he was damn hot, he treated   us bad, we overworked, stayed at the studio till 10 pm

and he was very angry if we did sth wrong, he had a stick and bit our legs with that >.< but I rly liked the stretching classes! every saturday, even tho they were rly STRETCHING, we couldn't walk afterwards, it was effective. And the teacher (woman) was lovely. And that male teacher had a gf, who was also a dancer and they always danced in the studio showing us,we enjoyed it and wanted to look like them. Then in a while I decided to do modern dancing. (his co-worker as well) We were competing, giving concerts regullary and the most great thing about it is was dancing on a footballfield! That was an action I must say, a huge field, lots of of ppl and all cams on you and you're on tv! We were waving flowers and flags, then we sat and watched the match and everytime someone scored a goal, we were supposed to stand up and wave the flowers, as a wave it looked rly beautiful. I was sooooo nervous xD Oh my xD if only I remember how hard we trained, without shoes on that grass dancing in heat again and again. But that's deffinately the best thing to remember.

Then I did go-go, which is nice cause it contains lots of styles and genres. You just hear the music and dance to it. we always danced on things like city concerts, holidays and stuff. Well what is a go-go girl? entertainer.

Then I did some strip-plastic (erotic dance without stripping with elements of private dancing, chair dancing) dancing to this slow music gives you confidence in your sexuality, which a woman needs.

Then in high school I really hated my ballet instructor and how she treated us.

    tell me about it -.-

  11. I played tennis for 1 year, it was a must as a social activity at college and can't say I enjoyed it, I didn't want to stay after classes and play tennis. However I rather prefer badminton.
