Well a lot of people can have really bad acne and it can just destroy people's confidence. I don't get pimples a LOT (anymore - I modified my skin care routine), but when I do they're those really bad stress pimples that are just huge and never come to a head. When I go outside, it makes me think that that's all people can see. And that's not even bad acne! So I can't imagine what it's like for people with awful awful acne.
