Overseas illnesses

Do you get ill while traveling a foreign country? Different foods, smells... I never have but many people do >.<

I always get a little sick when I first drink the water, but it goes away after a day or so.

Worst I get is major jetlag(if that counts as an illness). Last time I went back to the Philippines I had some sort of stomach thing, but I think that was an excess of acidic fruits I've been eating there like santol and iba. Sometimes when I travel to the south west United States, particularly in the higher elevation areas I sometimes get excessive nose-bleeding from the thin atmosphere. Don't get much of that in the Philippines 'cause of humidity though.
