What are some movie goofs/mistakes that you spotted? Whether it's visible equipment/crew or factual errors what have you seen without the help of IMDB or the like?

Watched Captain America: The First Avenger last night with some buddies. In the scene where Capt. Rogers and his friend were about to zip-line onto the Hydra train, the Asian guy with them talking through the radio was wearing a current production Bowman tactical radio headset. The movie takes place in 1943... I noticed it because I have one

 

In Black Hawk Down, the aerial shot of the soldiers running towards the first crashed chopper, I saw a two man camera crew following the actors on a camera track. I noticed it because the shot immediately before was a medium shot of the same actors from the same perspective as the camera crew I saw.

Theres loads in Harry Potter, in Goblet of Fire Filtch runs past Ron twice as he runs down the middle of the great hall. Others like visible camera crew etc.
