For the position of Customer Care Specialist (and I have no idea what that is so I'm googling it, and I had my phone interview this afternoon) at Expert Global Solutions (EGS) and a Customer Support Specialists at JP Morgan (I have to go personally to the office for assessment).  edit: So, I just want to know what do you guys think is better?
