I think what happened is that someone offscreen said something to her that she found really funny, and she started laughing. You know sometimes when you laugh hard, you start crying? I think that's what happened here.

 

I think she says "I got the giggles." It's a cute video.

It seems like it just suddenly hit her that she has been filming for so long. I also thought she was crying from laughter but then there is a part where she turns away and you can see she is really crying. Then she says,"sorry someone just said something to me and I can't get it together." Maybe she was talking to a friend about it and it just sort of hit her. In a way this is a really traumatic experience. I feel like Emma hardly remembers life before Harry Potter. Either way it is a great interview!!
