To me it sounds like 'omg omg omg, we are checking the gate, checking the gate! Is it is it is it?'

If it is that, then it would make sense - because to 'check the gate' in film speak means that the director is happy with a take and therefore they have to check the 'gate' of the camera to make sure that the film didn't get all messed up, and therefore they can use the last shot.

It would then mean that Emma had done a really good take - and Alfonso was happy with it enough to call check the gate and let them move on :P

I love how Emma is so hyper and then just calmly walks off.

I can't really tell what she is saying, at first I thought it was 'what did I get, what did I get' or something along those lines, but what you say makes more sense and the more I listen to it the more I can make it out.

Haha, I love that, she's all worked up and then she just becomes all calm. I've always wondered what she was saying! Now, it's not just gibberish to me. I love the little high squeak when she stops talking. :P

It's interesting because it's part of the real Emma. What we see of her in interviews is always so poised, polite and well mannered. This is her cutting loose and just being goofy. You gotta love these inside looks like this. You don't get to see this side of her everyday.

Emma actually said something similar to that in a recent interview. Though despite that claim she has shown a fun and goofy side to her numerous times and there are several pictures, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, etc. that show it as well, whether it be making funny faces or "punching" or using "stunning spells" on interviewers.

I agree that this makes some sense. But I listen over and over and I just don't hear that.

haha, I love the Narnia one!

"CHECK THE GATE! WATCH YOURSELF, CHECK THE GATE SHOW THEM WHAT YOU GOT!"

But, it sounds like that to me too. Never seen it before though, I love it. (:

I guess this would make sense, but like Dook, I'm having trouble hearing it.

Also, then what is Alfonso saying in reply? "Yes, Hermy"? it also sounds like "Just for me?" but that doesn't really make sense for Emma's high-pitched "YES!" and then high-ten. :P

Maybe someone should ask Emma what she said here.

I've thought before it would be a good question to ask, but it's quite possible she wouldn't remember, or couldn't tell from listening either.

I played around with the sound a bit, It's still hard to hear what she's saying but It does sound like "Checking the gate"

I don't know, it's still not clear to me.
