  1. You know, I reckon you're right!

They probably filmed all of that footage together, and then kept it for 10 years, until they could use it in the last film.

    Brilliant!

  2. It depends on which genre she would choose. If she helped to stop that current nonsense called pop and hip-hop, I would happily support her redemptive musical career. I would like her to play the bagpipes and sing (not at the same time, though).

    Erm. :icontwisted8pz:

I happen to like that current nonsense called pop and hip hop! If Emma did something in that vein, I'd like it.

Although I'd much rather her music (if she ever decided to go down that path) to lead in the direction of Bjork and Sarah McLachlan, rather than Britney Spears and Lady Gaga.

Some actresses have had successful music careers and been actresses at the same time. Jennifer Love Hewitt started off as a singer, and then went into acting. Mandy Moore has shown herself to be both a talented musician and a talented actress. So has Janet Jackson.

But I don't think Emma should go into singing if she doesn't have the voice. Speaking as a musician and a lover of music, I think someone should stick to what they're good at. If they have the pipes, they should sing. If they don't, they shouldn't.

  3. You see, this is why I've never written a celebrity. They don't want to be bothered.

I remember Emma saying at the very beginning that she would try to go through every letter and answer it, but she couldn't always. I imagine, by this time, she's bored of answering letters.

Emma's life doesn't revolve around her fans. I'm sure she's pleased that you like her acting, but even if you didn't, her life would still go on. She has real life friends that she talks to and socializes with. Just because you think you know her from her movies and from her interviews, doesn't mean that she has to give any time to you. You're a complete stranger to her!

I wish people that become obsessed with Emma would realize this.

  4. so would this movie be the 2nd highest movie ever, b/c avatar is first right?

I never saw Avatar. I don't think it beat The Dark Knight records, which were incredible (that is also a great movie, saw it in the theaters and have it on DVD!)

I think this movie is already getting to be the second highest movie. Although I'm not sure how it compares against Star Wars, which I believe is the highest grossing movie ever. Released in 1977, it's still showing in some theatres, and the original is still making cash!

^One of my friends on facebook made a status

"What's with all the hype with Harry Potter it's pathetic and gay."

I was to hurt to comment on it because I didn't know he was the type to bash things like that. Then his friends commented like what? how is it gay? and he said,

"Seriously just because the last movie's out! Thank god that craps over! It is gay I mean come on a bunch of people waving wands around, like seriously that shit isn't real so why pretend. I didn't even get half way through the first one without falling asleep. Pathetic."

I felt like walking 3 houses up knocking on his door and punching him. There's nothing to hate about Harry Potter. Yeah there are people out there that aren't going to like it but there is no actual reason to bash it. The reasons he come up with were like a 9 year olds dislikes. And he's meant to be turning 18? No.

Hermoine, I used to have an online friend named Tom. He always made fun of Harry Potter, called Harry Potter a pedophile. He even made a rap song about it (talented, no doubt, and humorous, kind of, but childish? Most definitely!)

I haven't spoken to him since about 2007, he disappeared off the face of the earth it seems. But a lot of people seem to think of Harry Potter as a children's book series, nothing more, and they don't look into what it truly is: a masterpiece, both the books and the movies!

Hell, if it was just a "children's book series", I wouldn't be reading it. I was reading Stephen King and Michael Crichton at 12 years old, and tend to read all sorts of books, including science and history books for fun. I identify mostly with the character Hermoine from the HP series, because I love a good book (the only thing that beats a good book is a good musical album!) I suppose that's what got me interested in Emma Watson to begin with...but I digress.

I think it's just purely ignorance, and you shouldn't pay attention to it. There's nothing wrong with being gay, anyways.

  5. Haha, I noticed that, too.

I think it's because Emma has boobies, and the others don't. At least, it wasn't appropriate for her to change shirts on screen!

    Another thing:

I feel that the scene where Snape comes across Lily's dead body, and is hold her to him, sobbing through a face full of tears...that really showed the humanity in Snape. It finally made him a good guy.

And when he said, "You have your mother's eyes"...I just started sobbing. I knew all of that was coming. Poor snape!

  6. I just saw it today! It was amazing!

I cried at the end of it. That was exactly how I pictured it ending! Best film ending of all time!

Snape's memories were especially touching. They were extremely well done. It just goes to show how good an actor Alan Rickman is.

The break into Gringott's, the fighting, the scene in the Room Of Requirement (where they're all fighting to escape the fire), all well done.

I think every single actor in this film shone. I can't pick anything that was bad. Even the added scenes (that weren't in the book) were excellent!

Best movie out of the series. I can't believe it's finished now! :(

(Oh, and I would add spoiler tags, but I don't know how. Can someone show me?)

  7. ^ Check the second link. That one is official. :)

And I just now got on Twitter! I'm not going to sign up for something in a foreign language, especially when I can't even read the site!

But good for Emma and her Chinese fans, though.

  8. I'm going to wait two weeks, like I always do. :)

It's always a madhouse going to see a film when it first comes out, and with HP, I know it'll be crazy! As someone with a crowd phobia, I'd rather just go to an afternoon showing that's not all jam packed.

But I don't know how I'm going to be able to contain my excitement till then! I really want to go see this movie!

  9. It's easy because she's in the public spotlight. It would be another thing if she was some struggling actress...but she's world famous.

None of us know her personally, though, so we can't judge.

And ah...I just thought this was a different thread. Ignore my pre-edit!
