  1. Yeah I can't believe HP has come to its end, wow, it feels a bit odd. I feel so lucky to have lived in the HP era haha. But I'm not really sad about it ending, I mean that's life, things are always changing.

  2. ^^also watching season 4. haha I agree with everyone that this show is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous, but I can't stop! I love the clothes Blair wears :excited:

Serena kinda annoys me though. The acting also makes me cringe sometimes haha

  3. Whether 2012 is the end or not, it doesn't matter. Either way, this world is sooo screwed with the way nature is being treated, and especially the amount of trees being cut down to feed people's fat asses with more slimy meat. Also, death is something you get closer to each ticking second, but don't worry, death is not the end. If only it were as easy as that!

  4. I'm not religious, but I believe in God. since I was young I've been crazy about learning about the spiritual world, in fact I think about it most of the time haha. I notice the strangest things all the time, which makes me philosophise for hours on on end about the most random stuff. I love sitting quietly and observing nature, that is when the answers to my questions start to reveal themselves. :ohyeah:

I follow Tao and I was lucky to meet my Teacher a few years ago, who has taught me the way of the Tao (which is not a religion if anyone thinks so). Tao is the word that refers to the silent and formless, independent and immutable, constantly moving and always harmonious something, the mother of all things in the universe. It was born before the creation of Heaven and Earth. Also known as 'God' to religions.

For me, it's not about following rituals and religions, but about applying your knowledge from whatever holy source you're reading or learning from to every day life, and always observing everything around you including yourself. It's very hard to be in tune with your mind and soul all the time. But when you are, everything flows into its own pattern around you. It's very important to observe your thoughts, words and actions, because what you sow is what you reap.

I think everyone has all the knowledge about following the word of God, but most of us never apply it to our lives when we have to. It's always easier to get angry, be ignorant, be lazy, etc etc. If all of us lived consciously, the system we're allowing to dictate our lives right now would be resisted, because it's one f****d up system but everyone is still like tra la la, I live in my comfort zone, who gives a crap about the rest. It's disgusting. But that's another topic right there.

Also,I believe everyone has a different way of communicating with God.

Oh, and I think God couldn't care less about whether your hair is covered or not, God is most likely more concerned with why we care so much about our friggin overrrated commercialised hair but not so much about the kids who're getting raped, or us citizens getting screwed over by big chops and not doing anything about it. I rate that's what God is more concerned about. Seriously, God is not an entity sitting up there with "his" pencil and paper ticking off our how well we do our made up rituals.

  5. I've eaten cooked worms before, I think they were called mbapani worms or something. It was when I was in high school, this girl from zimbabwe brought them to international day haha. They were not tasty is all I can say. :icontwisted8pz:

  6. I don't think there's much winter fashion happening when it's winter here, because it rains a lot, but on top of that the wind is always blowing (it's windy because of the atlantic and pacific meeting each other and the mountain, etc etc) so you have to wear a rain coat over your clothes because the rain blows sideways haha. :king:

  7. Ghosts- yeah sure. There's one at my parents' house. I think it's a ghost, maybe it's another type of spirit, I've never seen it, I've only heard it breathing real loud in my ear a few times. My parents didn't believe me at first, they thought I was hallucinating haha. Then they heard it as well, now it chills in their room most of the time, it was scary at first, but it can't do anything except scare you so yeah.

Witchcraft - Does this include satanists or just witch doctors? There's plenty of witch doctors and general witchcraft in Africa, I'm sure there is also everywhere else as well. Every tribe has their own witch doctor, and people are usually very scared of him/her. They are called 'sangomas' in south africa, you see them around a lot actually, they wear these special red and white beaded necklaces. I studied about witch doctors in school, totally dodgy in my opinion. But they are not necessarily bad people.

UFO's- never seen a ufo, but I definitely still believe in aliens.

Sixth sense- who doesn't have it? Everyone experiences it at some stage or another, whether you know it or not.

Psychics - My best friend has got pretty strong psychic tendencies, it's quite crazy being around her. However, I couldn't really be bothered about psychic powers, I don't see how it benefits anyone haha.

Anyway, there's a lot out there in the spiritual world that's really wacky and weird.

  8. For the past 4 years I've gone on a month-long road trip every summer, just randomly. One along the coastline in south africa with 8 of my friends, another also with 8 friends along the coastline of mozambique, and two with my boyfriend around the desert and the west coastline.
