yeah, you need some space for softbox, unfortunately
its probably just me getting mixed up with my words... but i mean like when you say you use a canon 85mm lens, is it not a zoom lens? is it set at 85mm?

This was actually one of my first shoots, but I'll keep all of that in mind I need to get another lens because I don't think I can get the bokeh with the one I have. At least not in full shots, just close ups. I need to figure it out
what lens do you use? & do you do the settings yourself or do you put it on automatic?

hah, no im not depressed. ive never heard that before, but now that you mention it they are pretty dark heh. i just prefer darker colours. ive got some photos that arent dark but i dont like them as much.

i use a good, old canon 30D mostly with Tamron lens 28-75mm with light f/2.8 (:
but i also use from time to time - canon 85mm f/1.8 , canon 50mm f/1.2 or so called fisheye
when im in studio im using 2 softboxes.. i need to try out light ring 'couse effects are fantastic!
same thing is with beauty dish
ive got a lot of ideas but no time to practice :/

i bought a softbox recentely, but i cant fit it in my room at uni which is annoying cuz ive not really used it much and it stays at home in a box.
i love your new ones though.

the first two are really nice. i think you need to tighten up the compositions a little though on the others, but thats just my opinion ayee. (: they're good though, i like the location you chose.

i think the last dream i remember i was being chased around my block by a bear... then i hid from it in a bus stop when my manager from work picked me up in a transit van and when i got in the bear was sitting on the back seat.
he just wouldnt leave me alone aye haha.
