  1. all extremist people, in any way (religion, politics...)

can't be precise for I can't hate someone I don't know in real life, and can't hate someone I do know because everybody has something that save one from my hate ;)

    next trip ?

  2. hey ! i loved the books but was disappointed by movies. compared to Harry Potter movies, they look poor and commercial... some actors are great, though. and i like

the books... they're wonderful. The first ones are my favorites, I love Lucy and Edmund, poor thing ! He learns a lot, that's why he's my favorite :) And also, when I found out that the whole story was about religion, i was like "waw, he's so clever, he found the right way to explain religion to children, because they can discover so many things by theirselves thanks to these books !"

but in the same time, I felt betrayed, because I was reading to escape from a world in which people fight in the name of God, and I realised I'd been kind of manipulated ! But still, it's a great story. and if a lot of people are fighting around it, it may be because it is deep and full of hidden meanings. Plus we have to note that the author died in 1963 : we can't ask him too much about feminism and all the stuff !

  3. i've read "Maybe the moon" by Armistead Maupin last week (author of Tales of the City), it's pretty good ! i prefer the Tales, but the spirit is the same, it's about a dwarf (dunno if this word is very common, i found it thanks to wordreference)who played a big role when she was young, but nobody knows it was her, and is now trying to be acknowledged as an actress. she is the narrator, the book is actually her diary. she is fun but her story is revolting...

  4. I like this name, I may name my daughter Emma but it would depend of its popularity when I have children, because for now in France it is very common, and also, of course, of the dad's opinion. I wouldn't name my baby without talking about it with the man I chose for being my children's dad.

  5. well, maybe she said that but if Joannedern wants to tell her "I love you Hermione", why couldn't she ? I mean, we don't have to act exactly the way other people want, and if Jo explained her what she wrote above, Emma could change her mind about this case particularly... Plus you say that she doesn't like this or that, but as I'm sure you all know, she may be a different person in real life than she seems to be through interviews, etc. Don't you think so ? i'm not saying she is lying to her fans, but she is certainly a bit more complicated than the person she lets appear in her public life. I'm not looking for a debate, i just thought of that reading you.

to answer the question, I have no idea of what I would tell her... That I admire her energy, that i share a lot of her principles, maybe, but it would be weird to say it in the street. I'd love talking about litterature with her but i have to say my english is not good enough...

  6. oh, i didn't even know they had a girl. Poor thing, i wouldn't like to be their daughter.

this book is amazing, it deals with so many subjects and issues ! I'm French and I did enjoy the fact that thanks to it you can understand much better a whole side of the American history and society. Plus i loved reading about all the tricks and games :) it reminds me of my sisters and I, a few years ago !

  7. yeah, you seem to be ok with food, it was probably a way to deal with your suffering during a while... not eating a lot is not a disease at all ! if you are healthy and happy and all :)

i'm better these days, just trying to eat the way i feel i should... not the way i think i should ! not always easy, but i believe a lot of people, even not anorexic or boulimic, have forgotten how to eat well nowadays, so maybe my case isn't that bad ;)

  8. I agree, of course they are cute but I wouldn't like people I don't even know to be able to see these kinds of pics if it was me and my boyfriend...

Anyway, I guess she knew that could happen and just didn't care.

Someone wrote something about her as an American girl, and I was thinking : do you think she is able to sound American ? coz I saw a few videos where she tries to speak with this accent, and she is not very successful... But it was several years ago. I am French so can't really hear all the differences, but what do you think, English/American people ?

I think it will/would be weird to hear her speaking without her beautiful British accent, don't you ?

  9. i met a guy from the french version of LOL, can't remember his name... I was with my boyfriend and one of his friends in Paris, and he asked us a cigaret, we said we weren't smokers and he left with a "how can you refuse something to a star like me" expression... while actually he's not that famous. and I'm afraid that's all...
