Yeah migraines/headaches make your eyes sensitive. I'd suggest turning off the lights and avoiding loud noises + avoid strenuous activities. Pretty much avoid anything that will cause a sensory overload. Yo mind has a lot going on right now.

It's not that simple Arie. Right now, I'm watching you and I can imagine my life with you, all the possibilities. Maybe we get married, have some kids, buy a cute little house, maybe a puppy or kitten, everything I've ever dreamed. If I walk up and talk to you, everything becomes real, you might not be the person I dreamed of. Sure I'll have to take the plunge eventually, but for the moment ignorance is bliss.
