Erik Feig, Summit's President of Production, stated, "Every so often you read a book that reminds you what life was really like at a particular age in all its wonderful and terrible details or if you're lucky enough to read it at the right time in your life, it can change the course you're on and make you think things are actually going to be ok. 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower' is that book and we are thrilled for the opportunity to turn it into that kind of movie as well. We know we are off to the right start with Stephen directing, with Emma and Logan starring, and with our talented producer team."This is the official statement that I expected LOL. So all things are done, we can hope Emma's new role. I'm excited

JJ's report is basiclly based on Deadline, they just added that now Emma's a leading contender among all three actress. Deadline is quite reliable source referring to new movies so I won't take it as baseless rumor.
This report seems to say that the producer is eager to get Emma involved but we don't know if Emma is interested yet. Anyway, I'm glad she's hot in Hollywood currently. How ironic for haters all over the internet who always claimed she would have no future after HP. Haters all all delusional LOL

If this is the final seating arrangement then Emma will sit among the nominees. I'll be excited to sit next to Colin Faith lol. Also, that means we can see more Emma since they always show the nominees more than other guests. That will makes me more expected:)
Maybe she will be a presenter again, like what she did at BAFTA 2009 so I don't think it's weird that she's not seated among the HP cast.

@Dave, Emma won't do risque scene just to shed off Hermione image of course, but she'll definitely choose some very different roles in future to branch out on screen, like the role in MWWM. Speaking of the photoshoot, I think she will do the same. Like the newest Harry Crowder shoot, sophisticated and sexy, she's making her image away from old good school girl obviously. So I don't see anything wrong in Telegraph's review. They're just stating the truth. BTW, this pic isn't risque at all.

I don't say they're lying. What I mean is that their words are VERY vague. Based on previous experience, they will clearly deny it if Emma won't involve in this project anymore. But they didn't do it so it means that at least Emma is still attaching to it. Also, if Emma doesn't finally sign the movie, they will keep saying it's not in the pipeline. But we don't know how things worked since they said that, maybe Emma decided to sign it just in these two days lol.
A movie begining filming in June should start preparation now so whether Emma is participating or not, they will announce something officially soon. If Summit does release a statement next week and Emms is on the cast list, it means she will definitely do the movie despite whatever her reps said. Just like MWWM, we know she'll do it from the production company's news realease but not EWO or her reps.

The DH2 promo will begin for Emma in spring break if I'm not mistaken. She began DH1 promo during her summer break last year so this time will be the same IMO. In July, the only thing that she needs to do is attending the premieres and TV shows. As she had done for HBP & DH1, I think it will only take her two weeks at best. They could film scenes without Sam at that time and continue film Sam scenes when Emma returns so it won't conflict filming at all.
As for the rep words, you know EWO still didn't put MWWM as her project so I won't take it very seriously either LOL. If Emma won't take this project, they will clearly deny it like the Dark Arc rumor since it's all over the internet for months. And John Malkovich and Stephen Chbosky are respectable people, they need publicity of course but I don't think they will take it too far. By saying that, I believe Chbosky won't lie intentionally when he confirmed Emma would be in this film.
I'm waiting the Summit announcement. If it's released officially then everything is done like MWWM.

The publicist doesn't point to Rupert, she looks back and also does Emma. I think she had to wait for the man with the jacket beige, because only when he appears, she goes down the stairs. She was really confused, she looks back (waiting for someone?), and then this man appears, he smiles her, and she decides to go down.
She wasn't angry because she had to walk with Rupert, like some people say.
At that moment Emma must be cold and tied, I think she prefer a warm rest ASAP lol. So actually whoever needs her to stay for a few more moments would get her annoyed. Whether its Rupert or other co-stars or guests like that man you pointed. So I don't think her angry was to anyone particularly, just the waiting itself made her unhappy.
And I think the publicist was asking her to walk with Rupert because it satisfies the publicity purpose. JMO though. Could be other reason like you said.

Apparently Emma wanted to leave the place with David Heyman (I'm surprised fans can not recognize him since he's produced ALL movies so far). There were several pics of Emma and Heyman entering the cinema arm in arm at the HBP London premiere which shows they're very close. But this publist (must stating, it's NOT Emma's step mom who looks younger than this woman) wanted Emma to go with Rupert which would more welcomed by fans obviously.
Emma did look a little bit annoyed. It can be totally understood that she's standing in the cold wind wearing such a short dress for the whole evening. Poor girl must be eager to leave for the warm cinema ASAP

Harry said he was helping a charity project with his photographs in his tweets around the end of last year. I think it stands a good chance that Emma's shoot is a part of this project.

Or it may have been an artistic choice. Natural light is highly underrated in photography. He's using the natural light from the window here which gives a far better look than a studio with flashes, reflectors and umbrellas.
ITA. This guy has his own studio if you check his site you can find he took many photoshoots for other clients. I think he's a professional photographer despite he's really young.
And Harry dude tweeted today that there will be more photos of Emma to come. He's got many mails and tweets to ask him about it these days LOL.

Just checked Harry Crowder's bio on his site. The boy was born in 1992 and lives in Oxford. Thus maybe he's a freind of Emma or Alex so he had chance to take shoot for Emma at her home. Lucky boy

Hermione might not have the short hair but i could certainly see her becoming comfortable with/in her own body after a few years of being with Ron, so much so that she is able to act this sensual and sexy without getting embarrassed.

Sensual means arousing gratification of the senses and physical. In this case it could be explained as the same meaning of sexy. IMO sexy is not about how much clothes you wear, it's a feeling that you deliver in your poise and expression. So I don't see any problem if people find Emma is sensual here because she looks so hot even in such a big loose shirt

Emma said in several interviews during the latest DH1 promotion that she's definitely finding something for her holidays to do, maybe some good supporting movie roles, maybe stage plays. So it's obvious that she DOES want to do something in summer or winter holidays. If the Perks doesn't take off in May, I don't think it's because Emma needs break. It's more of the production problems.

Emma just said she's HAPPY being single right now so as fans, we should respect her feeling and stop all these baseless speculation until she said something official, like Natalie let us know she's getting married at the right time.
Emma will have many more male co-stars in future and they will compliment each other during promotion time, just like what trio are doing right now. So does that mean we should link her with every male co-star she's cooperated? How ridiculous.
I don't care if you discuss R/E(or whatever RPS) at shipper threads but don't do that at this section. Fans who like RPS should know that NOT EVERY Emma fans would love to hook her up with her co-stars, thanks.

I wish Emma would do films like Perks and MWWM more than Sci/Fi kind movie which she has already done for last 10 years.
And no offense to Taylor fans but I highly doubt Taylor will be Emma's kind. She's more into intellective boys based on what we've known about her former boyfreinds (Tom Ducker and Jay Barrymore are both college educated guys).

The project Emma was rumored to be involved is not a spy movie. It's called Incarceron, a young adult sci/fi movie. It based on a best seller book written by Catherine Fisher. You could check it on Amazon if you're interested.

Rupert was seen at dinner near Emma's flat means NOTHING if you're not a hardcore R/E fan. Even if they were dinner together, they could still be freinds but not date at all. God doesn't forbid two co-stars being freinds, does he?
