My friend is teaching middle school reading and high school English. According to her, the 7th graders are the ones that are the most fun. If you were going into older kids, what subject do you think you'd be good at teaching? :)

awww! that's so nice of you :) I think I mean more of...lecturing teachers and doing workshops on how to be diverse and open to diversity and avoid stereotypes in school? I'm not sure. I did want to teach kindergarten and my degree will be k-2 but now I'm kinda :/ because it's the older kids you can really make a difference by talking to. So, I'm not sure.

So happy Obama won. Bring on the weed, marriage and what not legalizations! Progress smells good.

I can see you doing counseling. Don't ask me why, it just seems like a great fit. Especially if you are working with children. You have a big heart and an open mind. It's a good mix for that sort of work.

as long as you're happy! my uncle wants me to work in business but I'm having none of that :P I want to teach and maybe do education reform or diversity counciling (I think I made that title up) or something like that :D

I ended up changing to Biology last minute for my degree which was stupid. I wanted to do medicine to make my dad happy. Anyway, I can't do any of that lol. I have a hard time with it mostly cause I have Aspergers. /shrug Being good at Psychology though is good for education. :)

I love psych, and if I do say so myself I'm really good at seeing other people's perspectives and their possible motivations for things. :D I think I'd be good at psych but I love education more haha

This is true. I love what I do so it's all good. It helps since I'm disabled that it's not a lot of hours. I majored in Psychology with a minor in English and Music.
