Cheffing is quite cool actualy. I was a kitchen hand/ dishwasher at a cafe/resturant. that was real fun. Very fast paced and high stress job though

Far out. Yeah chefs are quite the harsh lot! haha. Im doing Camera, Lighting and Audio for TV and Film this year. I hear directors and those guys are rather cruel too!
