haha not a chance dude, as is always in epee I'm always going against some dude who is a good foot taller than I am. There's only so much I can do. But at least I know my stuff and able to teach it to the younger groups. But yeah my knee prob wasn't from fencing either; it actually kept me from going into the military too.

Yeah I really got into competing like in 2005-2008; did some national competitions and Junior Olympics as well. Ever since I injured my knee I couldn't do much more after that, lost the motivation to continue too. But I've done coaching since then though. Actually did a full fencing practice the other night to see if I can still do it... but my knee hurt like a motha******.

That's unfortunate, Widu. Same story with me, haven't had much time to dedicate to the sport in the past 2 years. D'you ever get serious into competing while you were doing it though? I remember when we were chatting about this years ago on the old forum lol
