padfoot
New Zealand just won 20 - 6 against Australia in the semi-final, we are playing France in the final next weekend. Last night the score between France and Wales was 9 - 8, so close. I've been following quite a lot of games during this World Cup, although I should have booked tickets to see at least one live game seeing as I live about five minutes from Eden Park. So proud of the All Blacks Who would you like to see win the final, New Zealand or France? Any honorable mentions of players/other teams?
Monkey Cartwheels
D: Not you too Kim!I cant, as you know, stand the RWC. Its over soon though! Thank goodness. Sorry to be the buzz kill
Slash
Wallabies!!! lol congrats to the All Blacks, they're just too good. I'd say NZ will win it, they're unbeaten for 20+ years at Eden Park. Weepu and Nonu or The Predator i called him, are my fav players from the All Blacks, for Wallabies... they're hopeless lol

Monkey Cartwheels
Haha yes, me too. The last few games have been so good! Haven't you watched any? I've watched more rugby games this year than I have the rest of my life No I haven't. I really want to cry. Like 10 out of 15 status's in the visible news feed on facebook are about the RWC, everytime I get something from a shop I get asked if I watched the last game, in a conversation with people they ask me if I watched the game, the news wont shut up about it, the radio wont quit with it, every news page on the internet is covered with it, I saw 3 different newspapers beside each other today and all of them had rugby all over the front page. Its crammed in my face all day everyday and I cant stand it, I'm force fed it. Its like the drinking culture in NZ, if you don't partake in it your a weirdo or outcast. I want a break from it for at least 2 hours! Its like this,People that love the RWC: The whole of NZPeople who cant stand it: My best mate, my room mate and me Can't wait for it to finish[/rant] Again, sorry to be the buzz kill
Mr. Pumpkinhead
I've never seen a rugby match. Not too big here in the U.S. Joe... I know a LITTLE BIT how you feel. When I went to college in central Pennsylvania I went to a small liberal arts school. Now mind you I wasn't out there screaming for my school's (American) football team every Saturday, but half the school would get so excited about the Penn State (American) football game that Saturday, just because they were a division one big time program. It's all you would hear around campus, so while I don't mind Penn State any more these days, for the four years I went to college I couldn't stand them. I always felt like people should get a bit more excited about our OWN team. Like I said, not exactly the same situation, but I can understand in some respect what you mean. I guess I hope that New Zealand wins for you Kimberley, seeing as you seem to be interested in the result and are rooting for them.
Emmas Friend
The All Blacks have got to win it this time, they are on home soil, against what looks like an average French side. They are not to be underestimated though, and they will try to spoil the game. This is New Zealands best opportunity to win it, I think they will. Its been a poor tournament though, from what I have seen, there have been no outstanding games.
Karen
I wish I could have seen the games but I don't have a tv in my room and even if I did there would be no special cable channels for sports network or anything so I haven't been able to see the games. It's AWFUL! :'( I think the All Blacks have got it though They are a good team anyways, I don't think they'd lose on their home turf. But we'll see I guess. Or rather, I won't see...but everyone else will lol xD
Comrade Chris
well, based on performances of this world cup, the All Blacks have got the trophy in the bag already, quite frankly, france have been shit, it should be NZ Vs Wales i the final, Sam Warburton's 'malicious' dump tackle was never malicious, yellow card, fair enough, red card, hell no!!! another interesting thing is that the ref of the Wales v France match is half french...biased much? Slash
the grand final's today, The All Blacks vs France, it would be a one sided game lol. Good luck for the both teams, may the best team win
padfoot
Guess who won? My facebook just exploded with every single status being about the game, it was so intense!
Emmas Friend
Not the one sided final, a lot of people thought it would be. France turned up, and made a battle of it. As it worked out, the most consistent of the teams won the World Cup, Congrats to the All Blacks, see you in England in 2015
I am Not Purple
Congrats NZ.
