Ugg boots are one of the hottest designer boot and shoe lines to hit the market. Ugg boots (sometimes called uggs) are unisex sheepskin boots, made of twin-faced sheepskin with fleece on the inside and with a tanned outer surface, often with a synthetic sole.

So girls, do you like them? :D do you wear them? :D All of my girlfriends love them, but I don't :D I think I look like a yeti in them :icontwisted8pz::D

^lol yeah, the water doesnt soak through.

The rain wont ruin your uggs unless you have the sprays for the material, you need to buy them from Ugg and they keep the fabric protected for rain.

I agree. They may not be the cutest boots ever, but I love my UGGs!!!!! They are so comfortable!! I have four pairs of boots as well as the moccasins. I love them. I just spray them every season and they never get soaked through. Plus when it rains, I wear rainboots... thats what rainboots are for. UGGs aren't meant to be worn when its pouring outside!!!

I really love Ugg, but i don't own a pair because i don't think they look good on me. I mean i have short legs and wearing those kind of boots make my legs fatter? I think you have to have long and thin legs in order for these boots to look good on you. And rainy days is a con too.

But other than this i think they look cute and comfortable.

Ugg's are so unfashionable. I can't stand them. It looks like you just come from the moon and forgot to take your boots off. They are comfortable I admit, but, no matter how many designs you get, I really don't think they get better.

Sorry to derail the thread, but I wanted to know your ladies' opinions on Ugg, on guys. I find it to be very "gay," especially when they wear the women's version of the shoe. It just simply doesn't look right on a guy in my opinion

I agree, although I would never describe it as looking gay because that can be offensive :P. I do have a few guy friends who have leather loafer type shoes made by UGG. They look like any sort of mens slip on shoes, but have fur in them as well. They love them, and I think they look fine with pants! But, the boots are a no on guys in my opinion.

I wouldn't say they are okay to wear everywhere. But, a long day at school they are perfect. Guys want comfort too!!!

Here are some pics of what I am talking about:

(the ones on the top)

(seen this with fur inside as well)

By all means guys have options in the UGG brand and no doubt they are very warm and very comfortable. IMO the loafer type shoes are good enough. The slippers and boots are a no no.

(btw I apologize again for my comment on the other thread... nothing personal but I find that UGGs are almost a cliche among younger girls)

I agree! Those are good shoes; they are normal guy shoes. But these?:

I think not.

Yeah let's agree that boots are definitely a no for guys. I've seen guys wear 'em (some just want to be different while others actually have it as a legitimate part of their outfits) and it just looks so weird on a guy...
