  1. It has the potential to be good, and the trailer wasn't disappointing. I suppose I'll reserve my opinion until after I've watched it ^.^.
  2. Anyone interested in running the Who.Am.I? game, Link, please send me a PM with a brief summary of why you believe you would be a good person to run the game and any possible qualifications (are you active, a heavy who.am.i? player, ect). The only requirements I have is that the person must be an active member and be familiar with the game. If anyone has any questions please post them up here. I'll leave one week open for applications, which will close December 18th.
  3. I've merged the posts in this thread, please don't triple post as it makes the board look messy.
  4. With my eyes open so if anyone ever tries to kill me in my sleep they'll think I'm awake, O_O.

    For Padfoot

    HAAAAPPPPPY BIRTHDAY KIMBER!!!!!!!!! =P
  7. Yeah that first week isn't very fun. The first two days it's hard to eat any solid food (pudding and jello are the best). I wouldn't recommend trying to eat solid foot actually, I remember there being a bloody mess when I tried o.o. Of course I don't let anything come between me and food...and I mean anything... Any who good luck .
  8. Really? I found regular school to be much more intensive. You needed top grades to get into a university or college and once you're in professors rarely care if you skip class or get good grades. It's all on you whether or not you want to succeed.
  9. The Dude and Chesong if your argument continues past this post both of you will be warned. This isn't a place for petty squabbles. If you have differences I suggest you ignore each other.
  10. You still need to create a thread in the Member Application forum and get 10 signatures.
  11. Just noticed this as well. Very sad, I never got into his more serious roles, however his comedies were and still are some of the best ever made (Naked gun series, Airplane!, Wrongfully Accused) to name a few. ;(
  12. The requirement is put in place for multiple reasons. The first is to establish that you are familiar enough with the forum and have visited frequently enough to have acquired that familiarity. It's hard to judge that because we can't really tell how frequently you have visited the forum, the only way to measure is through a post count. The second major reason is that we want members who will actively run their forums and make sure they won't die out if there aren't any posts. We expect those in charge of member run forums to generate activity. Not that I'm trying to knock you specifically or
  13. That all depends on who you talk to and if you visited southern or northern California. California is very very diverse. I would argue our accent doesn't vary much with other regions however in California we do incorporate a lot of slang into everyday conversation which makes it rather unique .
  14. That's a rather subjective question. One person may hold thanksgiving in a higher regard than christmas and another might not. Generally I'd argue that christmas is still the dominant holiday but thanksgiving is quite fun as well. Happy Thanksgiving.
  15. Matt Smith isn't bad but I don't think anyone will ever top David Tennant, he had such a warm, embracing, and energetic personality and that very much encompassed who the doctor was. I'm looking forward to the Christmas special this year, it won't be nearly as sad as last years =).
  16. WINTER FOR THE WIN YA'LL!!!!! You know I actually love each season equally.
  17. Alright guys we all know in a perfect world we'd go with Yoshi, but between Mario and Luigi who would you choose and why?
  18. Yeah I was kind of confused why they cut out peter killing himself. It wasn't a major point and I suppose due to time constraints they couldn't put in more detail there but that was kind of odd. That and the fact that I believe in the book grindelwald refused to tell Voldemort anything and was killed and instead in the movie they made him confess and tell Voldemort everything didn't seem necessary. I understand why they cut Voldemort out of the Godric Hollow scene, he doesn't really serve as major purpose in that scene. It dials up the drama to know he's on his way, but then you have a small s
  19. What exactly do you mean by skipped? It's not really possible for them to go into exact detail and do everything exactly from the book, that would require the movie to be nearly 10 hours long. There were some scenes that were cut or changed but nothing too major. Given that it is a two hour movie and the amount of detail they were able to get in there I'm quite satisfied with how it turned out.
  20. They definitely followed the core of the book really well. There are some minor differences but it was really good. Dan, Emma, and Rupert all did one hell of an acting job in this movie. Splitting this into two parts really does appear to have been the best decision. This didn't seem rushed or have unnecessary cuts and they didn't add on anything totally pointless. I would say this is definitely one of the better movies of the series, and if part 2 is anything like part 1 it's going to be one hell of an ending.
  21. booooo two of the live feeds just cut out for me ;(
  22. Looks like E online is first, followed by CNN/Live stream followed by MTV, and I think I hear Emma. Mm maybe not, that host on MTV is misleading @_@.
  23. Yeah they seem to focus just on the host's boring chats. Rupert is currently on E Online's chat if anyones interested. Tom's on CNN.
