dookdookdook
I first saw him in Quigley Down Under. He was a great villain in anything I've seen him in with that commanding voice. Haven't seen his other roles.

I am Not Purple
His performance in Robin Hood was brilliant. As in any other Film where he portrait a villain (as mentioned above already). These are usually the best actors around. It's just so sad.

Mr. Pumpkinhead
Just saw this today. How terribly sad. :'( God Bless him and his family. He's left quite the cinematic legacy and no doubt the personal legacy he's left on family and loved ones runs even deeper. Rest in Peace Mr. Rickman. Thank you for bringing joy to so many via your professional career. I always felt that his portrayl of Professor Snape was the shining peformance of the HP series.

Untiltheveryend
I cried the whole day at school and when my teacher found out why, she said: "understandable, it's Snape we are talking about here." She let me cry for the rest of the day!!! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜I will never get over this "When I'm 80 years old and sitting in my rocking chair, and I'll be reading Harry Potter. And my family will say to me: " After all this time?" And I will say "always" -Alan Rickman He says when he's 80 years old.... He never made it to 80... Excuse me let me go weep for 9 3\4 hours...ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Edited January 26, 2017 by Untiltheveryend
