They're toned although not quite built so to speak. I do know that my body fat percentage is reeally low. Umm well I'm a fencer which works out a lot of your legs and core. During warm-ups I would do about 20 minutes of cycling. Then after fencing I stick around to do some upper body weight training. Basically I'm staying on the move for a good 3-4 hours a night. For sure I've cut down on the Baconators, too . I'm shooting for the Manny Pacquiao/ Bruce Lee body style. Well, you look pretty good yourself though. I'd assume that you're in pretty good shape, already. -Ιnsert obvious perverted flattery here- Nawhh you look really good Jewms. And seems like you had fun. This place looks beautiful. Fanks love!
